Spot On! Manage Me manual

The Spot On! is a tool to register for events in Second Life.
This Manual refers to the Owner part of this software used by the Owner of the event to manage the subscriptions to the event itself.

The basic options (that are common in all the versions) are:

• [Generate Hud] - via this button you will generate, populate and push the hud list, this action can be performed several times and will NOT impact the base list (see below)
• [Base List] - using this link you will access the base list, which is the list of the enrolled shops. This is the temporary list that you can modify in case of problems.
  PLEASE NOTE: every modification done in this list is FINAL, and cannot be undone.
• [Hud List] - using this link you will access the hud list, which is the list of the shops visible in the hud. Please note that this is the list filled in when you click on the [Generate Hud] button above. Modifications made in this list will impact immediately the hud, NOT the [Base List]
• [Add To Base List] - Using this link you will access a page where you can add a new shop manually into the base list.
  PLEASE NOTE: you will have to use the [Generate Hud] option to then push this shop in the hud, REPLACING the old hud list with the new one (all modifications made only in the hud list will be lost)
• [Add To Hud List] - Using this link you will access a page where you can add a new shop manually into the hud list and it will be immediately available to the customers.
  PLEASE NOTE: in this case the base list and the hud list will not be the same, if for whatever reason you decide to regenerate the Hud list, the modification will be lost

To edit or remove a shop from the base or the hud list, you have to select either [Base List] or [Hud List].
You will be presented with the list of all the shops enrolled at this very moment in your event, with two buttons at the end of the line: Edit and Delete.

• [Delete] - Will remove the shop from the list. PLEASE NOTE: this action CANNOT be undone
• [Edit] - Will open a new window, showing you the existing value for the selected shop

If you select [Edit] you will be shown a new page: To edit the data of the shop, simply modify what you desire.
To add new pics, just add the uuid of the image in an empty field.
To remove a pic, just delete the uuid from the field above the pic that you want to delete.

To add a new shop in the Base or Hud list, just select one of the two links, according to what you want to add.
The new shop will be placed at the END of the list You will be presented with a new page:
The first 3 fields are mandatory (Name of the shop, SLUrl and one pic) while all the others are facultative.
